Hip Hop Artist Nem Venom and Producer Johnny Beatz

I met up with these guys at the Maze practice space for a few spontaneous shots. Nem needed promotional photos for his upcoming album release with co-producer Johnny Beatz. There wasn't much in the way of backdrop so we decided to go raw with it. A brick wall and an empty street actually worked in our favor, giving us the urban feel we were going for. It helps that Nem was completely comfortable getting his photo taken ;)

South Haven Wood: Ties and Bowties

Robert Lequire is the craftsman and visionary behind South Haven Wood. When he told me he was interested in shooting some of his new inventory, I jumped at the chance. His work is classy, stylish, and best of all- handmade.

When Robert and I met up to discuss the shoot, we both agreed showcasing his wooden bowties against a French Quarter backdrop was best. Unique style inspired by this unique city.

If you are interested in purchasing these ties or anything else from Robert, you can visit his etsy shop South Haven Wood.
