TEAM HEADSHOT SESSIONS
Team headshot sessions can take place on-location, at your office, or another location of your choice. Team sessions are billed per-person with the price per-person going down in tiers. The price per person reflects one backdrop/lighting setup, one retouched* high resolution photo per person, onsite proofing (each person selects their best shot at the end of their session), unlimited license for use, and expert coaching throughout.
Adrienne creates a photo brief specifically for each client/company so you can match the look to new hires down the road or remote staff in other locations. New hires are welcome to come in to the studio for discounted individual sessions. The goal is to streamline your company’s image and make headshot day fun and easy for everyone.

4-9 PEOPLE……….$150 PER PERSON
Recommended that you set aside 1-1.5 hrs of shooting time.
10-19 PEOPLE……….$125 PER PERSON
Recommended that you set aside 1.5-2.5hrs of shooting time.
20-25 PEOPLE……….$110 PER PERSON
Recommended that you set aside 2-3 hrs of shooting time.

No matter what size team or staff you have, we can photograph the whole team together or broken up into groups by departments. Whether you need an image of everyone together or photos of the individual departments or teams, we got you covered.
*DISCOUNTED STUDIO SESSIONS (FOR STAFF OR NEW HIRES THAT COULDN’T MAKE THE SHOOT)…$200 PER PERSON
Includes a 20 minute one-on-one studio session and one retouched photo to match the headshot we captured on location for your company.
Large Groups/EVENT HEADSHOTS
For larger groups, a half or full day booking is necessary to ensure everyone has enough time to get a headshot taken. This option is also ideal if you are unsure of how many people will be photographed (i.e. a headshot setup at your conference or event where head counts vary).
1/2 DAY BOOKING……….$3000
4 hour shoot window + 1 hour pre shoot setup.
Full DAY BOOKING……….$4500
8 hour shoot window + 1 hour pre shoot setup.
This setup includes one backdrop/lighting package, private individual image delivery to each person that takes a photo, file naming, a gallery of images sent after the event to you (the client), an assistant to help with signup and line management, expert coaching to make every person as comfortable as possible while being photographed, online scheduling.
Additional retouching may be added for $25 per image. Bulk retouching is discounted to $10 per image. You may choose to pay for one retouched image per person, or elect to have the individuals pay themselves. Please discuss options with Adrienne.
